My DH saw Mr Jonathan Ramsay - he is an independent urologist (ie not linked with any of the clinics) - he is brilliant and will be able to do some more detailed testing on DH and his sperm (but obviously all these tests will cost you unless you have private insurance where you could claim it under 'investigation of subfertility). My DH had 100% abnormal forms and 100% immotility - though the defect wasn't so much with the head as in your case.
